Quite un-Welsh weather for our long weekend in the Brecon Beacons. Three days without getting rained on and some of us were thinking of asking for our money back.

On a crisp day in November we walked from Camden Lock through Little Venice to Alperton. If we hadn't spent so much time in the pub we would have made it all the way to Greenford before the sun went down!

A popular urban walk through the centre of London's Royal Parks - culminating in the climb of Primrose Hill. Recent rain and snow had cleaned the air of pollution giving a haze free view.

Not actually a WalkCambridge event, but too good not to include. On a recent holiday in the Lakes, one of us met up with one of our many sister groups, Summit Good, for a scramble up Blencathra's Sharp Edge. This is a little different to the typical Cambridgeshire walk!

Strictly speaking this was not part of the usual walk programme! A group of us from the walking club decided to try our hand at this nearly 3 kilometer high mountain. With the help of some suntan lotion!
